The Roanoke/Cashie River Center’s mission is to promote community-driven economic well-being and stewardship in the Albemarle-Pamlico region through environmental science education and nature-based cultural tourism. We work closely with the Town of Windsor to provide the residents of Bertie County and beyond with local festivals that highlight the rich cultural history, natural beauty, artistry, and outdoor recreational opportunities.
