The Bertie County Arts Council gallery will be extending its holiday market business hours to run concurrent with this year's Windsor-Bertie Chamber of Commerce holiday carriage rides, which are scheduled to take place from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on December 10th & 12th 2019. These carriage rides begin and end at our gallery (124 S. King St., Windsor NC 27983). Cost per ride is $10 for adults aged 18+ & FREE for all children under 18.
